[civsa] Overnight Info Needed

Hello CIVSA members,
 
We are thinking of implementing a Group Overnight Program here at the University of St. Francis.  Before doing so, I would greatly appreciate your feedback and input.  
 
If you currently offer group overnight programs, I would appreciate your feedback on the following:
 
1.  Do you cap the number of students who can attend? If so, what is the cap size?
2.  Do you pay your student hosts or are they volunteer?
3.  How do you recruit/solicit student hosts and how do you train them?
4.  Do you place a curfew on the attendees? 
5.  What forms do you require the attendees to complete? Such as waivers, contracts, etc.
6.  Lastly, if you could provide us with your agenda that would be greatly appreciated.
 
If you are a school that no longer offers group overnight programs, I would appreciate if you could let us know your reasons for no longer offering them.
