[civsa] Charging for Group Tours

Greetings from the University of Northern Colorado!

We do not charge for group tours and visits at our institution. Being that the coordination of these events are part of the efforts we make to recruit students, we find it appropriate not to charge.

We are trying to give our group tour process a bit more structure. I am curious to know if anyone charges groups for a tour? If yes, is there certain criteria for a group to be charged versus not charged, and what is the amount charged?
