[civsa] Group visit contract

Hi Andrew-

We send our groups a contract as part of their confirmation email. We include it this link in the email: https://www.uta.edu/admissions/visit/tours-group/group-contract.php.

We set a date the contract is due by. We also send parking info and directions only after we receive the contract (which helps, the teachers always want the parking info!).
