Our group tour expectations are available here: http://www.uky.edu/Admission/grouptours

We also just started using the group tour form you’ll see at the top of the page. Those interested in a group tour can fill out the Qualtrics form, and an email with all of the information is automatically sent to our associate director. We ask the groups to “sign” their initials, acknowledging they agree to follow our guidelines. Feel free to click through the form; maybe just don’t hit submit ☺

Subject: [civsa] Group visit contract

Hey everyone,

Just got a call from our Legal Department and they want us to set up a Group Visit contract to spell out, and set the expectations for what the responsibilities are for the visiting group (everything) and for us (nothing).  I am all on board for this and would love if anyone, who currently has groups sign a contract or code of conduct notice prior to their visit, could send me a copy so I can see how to script ours.
