[civsa] Adjusted Summer Schedules

Hi Chris;
    We have summer hours - ½ of the reps and office staff start putting in 9 hour days 7:30 to 4:30 with a ½ hour lunch beginning May 4th, so by May 14th they have 81 hours in.....they then take every other Friday off - the other half of the staff begins a week later.  That way, the office is always covered.

Hi All -

Does your office have any type of adjusted hours or schedule for the summer months?  If so, can you please let me know what they are?

We are considering offering our staff the option to work 10-hour days, but still officially have the Visitors Center open from 8am-5pm M-F.  We'd just make sure that everyone doesn't take the same day off!

I want to know if other universities/colleges do something similar, or if they even change their official days open or hours open over the summer.
