[civsa] Adjusted Summer Schedules

JWU Denver runs ½ day Friday for the whole University from Memorial Day until Labor Day. The welcome center is open for our 2pm tour, but if no one shows then the Officer On Duty (rotating Fridays through the summer) can leave at 3pm. We are given an exchange day to use another day for working the Friday afternoon.

Hi All -

Does your office have any type of adjusted hours or schedule for the summer months?  If so, can you please let me know what they are?

We are considering offering our staff the option to work 10-hour days, but still officially have the Visitors Center open from 8am-5pm M-F.  We'd just make sure that everyone doesn't take the same day off!

I want to know if other universities/colleges do something similar, or if they even change their official days open or hours open over the summer.
