[civsa] Scheduling of Tour Guides & CRM

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Here at Texas Wesleyan this year we just used our outlook calendar to communicate with the tour guides and schedule them for tours. Do any of you use a program specifically to schedule tours with your tour guides and make sure the tours are on their calendars, send reminder text, etc.?

Also we are integrating a new CRM this summer (thank goodness :)) since we have been operating completely without one; we are getting Hobsons Radius. If anyone uses this CRM currently I would love to hear your feedback on it in regards to the visit side of things and its communication with prospective students.
