[civsa] Fall Events - How are they doing?

Hi Ebony,
At UT Dallas, after a really busy summer, our daily campus tours have been really small so far (during the month of September).  We maxed out registration (due to room capacity) for  our first prospective student event of the season this past Sunday.  It wasn't our big open house event of the semester (that occurs in November), but it was an introductory event for HS juniors, seniors and transfer students.

Greetings all from Columbus! I hope your fall terms have started off well.

I wanted to gauge my fellow CIVSA people to see how fall on-campus events/open houses have been going for other universities.

Our daily visits are performing very well and have a ton of interest, but for our fall open houses (which give you more to see/do), families have been slower to jump on.

Has anyone else seen this attendance/interest trend or have seen the opposite with booming fall EVENT attendance? We're just trying to get a sense of any Class of 15 trends.
