Hi Diana,

Just getting to a bunch of summer CIVSA emails and wanted to reach out in case you were still looking for some info.

I have a leadership team of three interns, which are the only paid positions within our organization.

Tours and Meetings Leadership Team Member
*         Coordinate tour times, sign-ups, replacement tour guides, etc.
*         Create each Ambassador meeting agenda
*         Facilitate each Ambassador meeting
*         Responsible for taking attendance at every Ambassador function
*         Help coordinate group/special tours
*         Work directly with the Visit Specialist to organize and plan Preview Day programs & tours (fall/spring)
*         Meet bi-weekly with interns and Ambassador Advisors (Visit Specialist)
*         Help plan Ambassador retreats
*         Assist with additional responsibilities as they arise throughout the academic year

GEL Leadership Team Member - (GEL is our largest recruiting event: Gonzaga Experience Live)
*         Work directly with GEL Coordinator in organization and planning of GEL Weekend
*         Direct assistant to GEL Coordinator
*         Help plan Ambassador retreats
*         Meet bi-weekly with interns and Ambassador Advisors (Visit Specialist & GEL Coordinator)
*         Assist with additional responsibilities as they arise throughout the academic year

Selections, Evaluations, and Social Leadership Team Member
*         Coordinate the new Ambassador selection process
*         Responsible for the Ambassador evaluation process
*         Responsible for new Ambassador training
*         Coordinate at least 3 social gatherings per year (Christmas party, New Ambassador orientation, End-of-year party and others as deemed necessary)
*         Develop and implement team-building activities to foster and sustain positive group morale
*         Help plan Ambassador gatherings and events
*         Meet bi-weekly with interns and Ambassador Advisors (Visit Specialist)
*         Assist with additional responsibilities as they arise throughout the academic year
