[civsa] Recognition for student tour guides

Greetings colleagues-

I would like to do more with regularly recognizing my student tour guides.
What types of formal recognition programs do you have in place that seem to
work well?

If you do a "tour guide of the month" type of deal, how is the recipient
chosen? Recommendations from other tour guides, professional staff,
visitors? What do you give the recipient?

Any thoughts and ideas are most welcome!
