Hi Alicia,



We send a copy of our info sheet to the school group coordinator as part of
the visit confirmation email that we send out and require that students
complete a copy of the info sheet prior to their arrival on campus.



We wanted to require school group coordinators to provide visitor contact
information in an Excel spreadsheet prior to their visit so that we could
import the students into our CRM but that can violate federal privacy laws.
