Hi Chris!

Attached are three templates 1) Employee Warning, 2) Termination Notice, and 3) an Action Plan.

Typically we will terminate our employees if they receive 2 warnings (write-ups). If they are late twice (10-19 minutes past shift start time), they will be written up. If they have a missed shift (anything after 20 minutes late), they will receive a write up.

Happy Fall!

We are trying to be as consistent as possible when following up with our student employees who are not behaving as expected, whether they are being inappropriate or just lazy and not doing their jobs.

Do any of you have copies of forms that you use for written warnings or write-ups for behavior that you wouldn't mind sharing with us?
