Our volunteers are not paid but tour guides are paid. We have two separate programs. Tour Guide provides tours and work in the office. Volunteers assist with events, panels, and other small roles.

Hi Jessica,
What a great system! Are your Ambassadors paid or volunteer?

Blessings,

Hi Jessica -

At SNHU, we use a Petey Point system (Petey is our mascot) where they earn a point for each involvement and some larger commitments provide larger points. At the end of the year, they can redeem these points for prizes. We provide a prize chart at the beginning of the year and we also provide one large gift for the one who earns the most points.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
Jessica

Hello Everyone!

For those of you that manage ambassador programs in your office, do any of you have incentive or point-based systems in place? We have a large volunteer ambassador program and are looking to re-vamp parts of our program using a points scale (i.e. you earn x amount of points for a tour, panel, etc). and so many points are required per month (or something similar).

Would love to hear what other ambassador programs are using/if someone has a system in place like this already!

Many thanks,
Jessica
