[civsa] Group Visits- High School Groups & Counselors

Hello all!

I am curious about what types of programs/visits your university offers to high school groups. One of the programs I run at The University of Arizona is called Road Trip. It is a monthly program that allows high school groups & their teachers from Arizona (key feeders) the opportunity to visit the campus. Schools can sign up through our visit website, and we cap the program at 300 people per month. Now that we are in the summer months, I have time to re-evaluate the program to see if it can be improved. I am seeking information about how our CIVSA members handle high school group visits from key feeder schools. Do you offer anything different to these groups other than an admissions presentation and tour? Interaction with majors? Student panels? Any information about what works at your school, or didn’t work would be greatly appreciated!
