[civsa] International Student Pick-Ups

Dear Colleagues,

My office is trying to ascertain where the responsibility lies for incoming international freshmen. Do any of you do airport pick-ups for these students? Do you allow international students to arrive earlier than other freshmen? Do any of you coordinate activities, orientation or even basic things like getting the kids cell phones and bank accounts, etc. or is that handled by another office, if at all?
