[civsa] housing tours

Hi Karen,

Oklahoma State University has approached this in multiple ways in the past, but we currently offer a 30-minute tour of two residence halls as a portion of the general campus tour. This piece takes place about halfway through the general tour and is led by residential life ambassadors, while our campus tour guides stay in the back and help direct guests.
