[civsa] Information and Ticketing Organizations?!

Hello CIVSA!

I'm wondering if any of your institutions/offices have a merged Information
Center that also does ticketing for events on campus. If so, would you be
willing to email me a copy of your org chart or description of the
professional staff and their duties?

We are currently re-organizing our campus services (so not a merger), and
are looking at modifying some staff roles in our new organization.
