[civsa] Social Media Contract

We do not have a contract specific to social media for our students, however we do have a page we hand out during training (attached). During our training we devote a session to the use of social media while balancing dual roles as students and student ambassadors. Additionally, in our University student handbook there is an acceptable use policy pertaining to technology, email, and social media that all students must agree to before receiving a network account.
