[civsa] Job title

[Moser, Karen]

Our coordinators are classified as Admission Counselors. Their job descriptions are pretty broad (basic Ad Couns duties), but we implement "other duties as assigned" to customize their responsibilities. One oversees Group Visits and the other focuses on Events.

For those of you that have an assistant visit coordinator, or someone in a similar position, would you be willing to share their job title and job description?  We are looking at making a few changes to this role, and I was curious how others title and describe the position (this is for a professional staff member - not a student).
