Hello Carrie!

We hold a kick-off retreat once before the Fall Semester and Spring Semester. This past spring, we had a "You Are the Hero" retreat (superhero theme). It went really well! Below was our agenda for the day. We picked different superhero videos to show throughout the retreat, had a superhero costume contest, created a jeopardy game, and had a guest speaker (one of our professors from a different department). We did this all on a $0 budget. We gave the costume contest winner a gift card that the professional staff pitched in for.
