[civsa] "Sorry we missed you" emails to no-shows

We have been getting more no-shows in the summer than we do during the school year. We send follow-up letters if someone doesn’t show up to the visit. See below:

Dear ,

Greetings from Roberts Wesleyan College.  Recently, we anticipated seeing you on campus for a visit.  However, we understand that amidst demanding schedules and the busyness of life appointments can be missed.

Visiting campus is one of the most important steps when deciding on a college.  We hope that you will choose to visit on a new date.  As the Visit and Events Counselor, I am happy to help.  Please call me at your earliest convenience to schedule a new appointment.

We are pleased that you are interested in Roberts.  Academically, socially, and spiritually, Roberts Wesleyan has much to offer you and we welcome an opportunity to assist you.
