Good afternoon and Happy New Year!  I was wondering if anyone asks for feedback/evaluations from Special Group Tours (High School/Boys & Girls Club/Churches, etc.)?  If so how do you distribute them (mail/online)?  How many questions are the survey and what questions work well?
