Hello, CIVSA!

The Stanford Office of Undergraduate Admission, Financial Aid, & Visitor Information Services has posted two FTE positions located at the Stanford Visitor Center.

- [Job Req #61627] Assistant Director of Visitor Relations (exempt)
- [Job Req #61461] Visitor Center Coordinator (non-exempt)

Reporting to the Director of Visitor Relations, these two positions work closely together in the daily management and administration of the Stanford Visitor Center. The job descriptions for both positions can be viewed on the Stanford Careers website ( using the indicated job requisition numbers) at: http://stanfordcareers.stanford.edu

Though it is our hope to hire these positions concurrently, the Visitor Center Coordinator position has already been posted for a few weeks and will begin interviewing very soon. The Assistant Director of Visitor Relations position was just posted this week, but will likely be fast-tracked to keep pace with the recruitment of the Visitor Center Coordinator. Interested candidates should waste no time in applying. Further information about our programs and services can be found on the Visitor Information Services (VIS) website, at: www.visit.stanford.edu

Please note that application materials and supporting documents may only be sent through the Stanford Careers portal, and that in most circumstances, direct communications to Stanford VIS may not receive a response nor be acknowledged .

*** Interested candidates should submit a cover letter (citing the appropriate job requisition number) and resume to: http://www.stanfordcareers.stanford.edu

I'm looking forward to bringing two new superstars to Chicago this June!
