Heather,

We also don’t have a contract but our group visit policy is as follows:


·         Group visits are limited to 50 people or less and one guest-sponsored adult chaperone per ten students is required.

·         Group visits are available Tuesday and Thursdays, excluding the following times: University holidays; midterm exam periods; final exam periods (and other dates depending on availability)

Group visit requests must be submitted online and two weeks in advance. If they need to cancel we ask they do it within a week from their visit (we make a note if they are a no-show or don’t notify us). You can check out our online registration link at https://du-uga.edu.185r.net/Event/.

Hi CIVSA friends!  I have a request and I’m hoping you can help me.  If you currently have a contract that groups (high school, middle school, etc.) must sign prior to visiting your campus and would be willing to share with me I would really appreciate it.  I’m looking for the rules and regulations your school has regarding visits, cancellation policies, etc.  Thanks!
