[civsa] Individual Meetings with Students

Hi everyone!

I was curious to see if anyone else does individual meetings with
prospective students and families.

We are trying to implement "Campus Visit Sit-In" where a second counselor
would sit in to provide feedback to the counselor conducting the meeting.
Does anyone have a document like this? We are going for more of a 360
degree model as opposed to supervisors just watching employees.

Also, any additional suggestions on how to set this up would be appreciated.
