At Ohio State, we do offer tours during Finals Week. The change we make is it is optional for our tour guides to sign up for Finals week. Our schedule offerings (and capacities) are based on what our guides are able to do. Similar to the University of Alberta, it gives our guides a change of pace during Finals, but it is totally by choice for the guides to enter in their availability.
Excited to see people in Chicago! Have a great weekend!

Subject: [civsa] Tours during Finals week?
Hi everyone,
Greetings from sunny and warm Florida! Traditionally we have not given tours during the first week of classes each semester because of the unusual "craziness" on campus that week. Florida Gulf Coast University is considering not giving tours during finals week. Can you let me know if you do give tours during finals week and, if you do, is it a decreased tour schedule (ie - do you offer fewer tours each day, etc.).
Thanks all!
Tami
