[civsa] Tours during Finals

Good Afternoon,

We offer tours on a regular schedule during finals and the summer including
Group Tours. We have a grad assistant for Group Tours who can schedule them
when she is available. We give High School students priority over
elementary and middle for Group Tours as well. For Daily Campus Tours we
have noticed that it is easier to handle if they are scheduled. We keep
tours up 5 days a week until school starts minus holidays and including
finals.
