Hello! At the University of Texas Arlington, we coordinate all details for group campus tours and admission information sessions. Groups must provide their own transportation to campus. If the group is interested in additional activities, we refer them to our campus Planetarium and Science Shows.

Hello Everyone! Our school is in the very very very early stages of possibly revamping the service we provide for K-8 field trips and campus tours. Could any of you who coordinate and/or lead these kinds of field trips/tours give me an idea of how your program is set-up? For example, do you only coordinate the times and locations and then it is up to the group to provide their own transportation or do you have staff and transportation that takes them around campus? Any information like this would be very helpful as we explore how we would like to structure this portion of our tour program.
