I'm sharing this request with this group, since some of us plan events. I

Admissions Live is a weekly, hour-long web show on which there are
interviews with different higher ed/admissions professionals. The show is
broadcast live from the HigherEdLive.com website, and then is archived on
their site after; it’s also available as a video on YouTube. We cover a
range of topics that we consider to be of significant interest in our
field. Ashley and I thought that events would be a great topic, as most
institutions run on-campus events, and they’re pretty important for our
broader success as institutions – especially in the enrollment field!****

I don’t expect you to share any secrets that are specific to your
institution on the show; what would be more helpful is to come on to answer
questions like the following:****

**·         **What kinds of events does your school run?****

**·         **What does your event planning process look like?****

**·         **Do you run events for different populations/audiences? (ie.
Different age groups in schools, majors, counselors, parents, etc.)****

**·         **How do you coordinate with appropriate stakeholders in the
planning stages of your event?****

**·         **Who ARE the relevant stakeholders in your campus events?****

**·         **What is your registration process? Software?****

**·         **What is your confirmation process?****

**·         **How far in advance do you have a solid schedule?****

These are just some sample questions; in preparation for the show on
Tuesday evening,
I’d send you a Google doc which has my questions; you’ll be able to access
it to add your answers, and then you’ll be able to reference it during the
show.

You’ll just need to be able to log in to Google+ Hangouts, and have access
to a web cam and audio input of some sort.
