Barb, at Bucknell University which is a 3500 student, private school we get
about 75-100 groups who come a year. We do limit the number of students to
80 and prefer a 10 to 1 ratio for chaperones.
We ask that they come close to our regularly scheduled preview and/or tour
times which gives them a couple of options throughtout the day. They have
to come Monday-Friday.
We no longer take elementary or middle school groups. We sometimes take
other community groups but only if we don't have others groups coming on
the same day. We limit our visits to two special groups per day.
As for lunch, most groups pay on their own at the dining hall. Hope that
helps. Have a great day. Thanks, Kim
