[civsa] Revamping Tour Guide Scripts

Good afternoon from Colorado!

Our Visit Team is working to revamp our tour guide script, which we rely on heavily in our training process, and we are looking for any ideas and advice on how to make it as effective, on-brand, and digestible as possible. To any of you who have recently overhauled your scripts: could you offer us some insight into what you added/kept/deleted and why, how your frame and organize the information to be on-brand, what have you found does and doesn't work well, etc. If you would be willing to include a copy of your script, or a sample thereof, that would be much appreciated as well. I have attached a few pages of ours for your consideration.
