[civsa] tours of on-campus housing

At Valparaiso University, our residential life staff help give tours and
provide a residential hall open house at our large open house Valpo Visit
Day programs. For daily campus tours, our students provide tours of the
residence hall. This has worked out very well. Families appreciate being
able to chat with res life staff at the big visit days - it works well, so
our tours can encompass more of campus on the tour. Our daily campus tours
are small enough that groups can be led through the res hall. We have found
a great balance to meet the needs of the different tour group sizes.
