Hi Jamie:

I have a tour route for my guides that goes through each stop and has bullet points for what can be mentioned.  I encourage students to hit on the key points but to definitely add in their own stories about the various locations. The bullet points are not meant to serve as a script per se but a guideline of the highlights of each location.  I hope this helps!

Good Morning!
We are in the process of revamping our campus tour experience and I would love to hear from this group about your method of communicating the information to prospective students .  More specifically,

-          Do you provide tour guides with a script for each stop

-          Do you provide important bullets for each stop and have the guide speak to personal experience

-          Are there interactive components on your tour

-          Do guests get to see inside classrooms / labs, etc.

I know this is very broad and a lot to ask, but any information / ideas would be greatly appreciated.  We have been updating the same script for years and it's time to hit the refresh button!  Thank you in advance for your time.  - Jamie Loomis
