[civsa] Visitor Center Touch Screens and Tour Guide Evaluations

Hi CIVSA -

We are on a roll around here with trying to improve our Welcome Center.  I'm wondering if any of you have touch screens or other kinds of 'interactive' areas for your guests as they come into your Visitor Center?

Also - looking for tour guide evaluations - Not from the tour, but from in-house.  How do you evaluate your tour guides ?  do you you use an evaluation form?  Who does the evaluating?  How often are they evaluated?  Do you have a gpa requirement?  If they don't meet it, what do you do?
