[civsa] Ambassador applications

Good morning All!

Here at MTC, in July ,we send  to all of our students with a 3.0 GPA or higher, an invitation to apply for our Ambassador Assembly.  From the applications that come in, we interview about 30 of those students and choose from those interviews the students that will be asked to serve as our college Ambassadors for the upcoming year.
Do any of you have applications that you ask students to fill out (who want to be an Ambassador) ?
If you wouldn't mind sharing, I'd love to see some of them. It's time to "refresh" our application!
