[civsa] tour guide uniform

We do not allow our tour guides to wear hats, visors, sunglasses or flip
flops. No sweat pants, other school's logo, greek wear, etc. They are to
wear their ambassador dry fit polo, name tag, and appropriate bottoms. They
may wear shorts, but they must be just below their fingertips. They are
allowed to wear jeans, but they must be appropriate - no holes or sagging
below their waist.
