[civsa] Handling a tour during a crisis situation

My name is Andrea. I am a tour guide coordinator and event planner for an admission office. I would like to know if you have any suggestions regarding crisis situations / emergencies. We plan to expand our training process and would like to include protocol and best practices for our tour guides who might find themselves in a crisis situation as well as for our staff who assist with open houses, admitted students weekend, information sessions and the like.
