[civsa] Business Cards for Tour Guides

I can't get my admissions office to spring for the cost of these cards (or at least I couldn't when I tried a few years ago).  Any advice for justification to the bean-counters that any of you are willing to share?

t Portland State, we do provide our student with business cards, it includes their major and year, however it gives the contact information to our Facebook page.  It's helped our students feel and look more professional, but only a handful of people have reached out them through the FB page.

At the University of Missouri, tour guides are provided with generic business cards that then are personalized with their specific contact information (tour guides are provided alias email addresses to use that go directly into their official university email accounts).  The benefits are it provides families with another contact person.  I’ve found prospects are typically more with contacting a peer with a question.
