[civsa] Business Cards for Tour Guides

At the University of Missouri, tour guides are provided with generic business cards that then are personalized with their specific contact information (tour guides are provided alias email addresses to use that go directly into their official university email accounts).  The benefits are it provides families with another contact person.  I've found prospects are typically more with contacting a peer with a question.
