[civsa] Volunteer Program Guidelines

Hello CiVSA!

We are in the process of revamping our Ambassador program. We have moved to
a volunteer-based approach, using our scholarship students that have a
service component built in to their award. This is different from anything
we've done in the past, and I'm wondering if any of you currently have a
similar approach, or have run a similar program in the past? If so, would
you mind sharing your manual or guidebook, please? What were the most
difficult aspects in running this type of program? What worked well for
you? In moving from a paid program to volunteer program, I would love to
collect ideas about how to make the program the most effective it can be,
and how we can have it run as efficiently as possible.

Please know that I am very grateful for those that have their resources on
the CiVSA website, as they have been a great help in getting started. Any
additional resources would be very much appreciated!
