Hi Nancy,

I don't know if you will be able to get around the notion that folks will just come in to find out where other offices in your building are located.  At UNF, we are located at Hick's Hall - along with Admissions, One Stop, Purchasing, IT, etc....  We are also the first door on the right when you walk in the main entrance.  Our location has a sign on the door that identifies us as the VISITOR CENTER.  We are constantly sending people upstairs, down the hall, over to the main campus, etc.  It's just the nature of the beast.  Just be hospitable!  Good Luck!  :-)

Greetings from the Bay Area!

Cal State East Bay will be constructing a new 5 story building and the Welcome Center will be housed on the 1st floor.  We want to look into a name change to insure that the Welcome Center does not become a directory for the entire building.  Can you please share the name of your building/ department if it is different from the Welcome Center?

*As a part of the Warren Hall Demolition Project, the connector bridge between Warren Hall and the Library Building is expected to be dismantled starting on 2/13/13. During this demolition process, West Loop Road will not be open to thru traffic from 2/15/13 through 4/02/13. However, Parking Lots A and B will be accessible.*
