Coker College’s Office of Admissions invites applicants to apply for the
position of Campus Visit Coordinator. The Campus Visit Coordinator works
with an admissions staff of eight people to recruit qualified and
exceptional students to Coker College. Primary responsibilities include:

Organizing all campus recruitment events including open houses,
performing art days, and early registration days.

Managing the Campus Visit Program which includes setting up campus tours
for prospective students, handling individual appointments, and working to
promote the campus visit experience.

Greeting campus visitors and managing the daily admissions operations
with regard to campus visits.

Communicating with high schools and community organizations on
scheduling campus visits.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to developing meaningful, collegial
working relationships with students, faculty, and staff across campus; has
the ability to work collaboratively, be flexible and compromise in order to
move forward as a team; has the ability to courteously assist and support
others; possess excellent written and oral communication skills; and has
the ability to prioritize workflow in a fast paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work
experience required. Experience working in an higher education setting
preferred. This is a full time, exempt position reporting to the Director
of Admissions offering competitive salary and full benefits.
