We use Fire Engine Red for our event registration. We have to use a work-around for the appointments, but it is very reasonable in price and user friendly. Their customer support is top notch.

We use the Microsoft calendar for all of our appointment scheduling. We have an admission calendar that everyone in the department can access. We would like to look into buying scheduling software that is designed for college visits and appointment scheduling. What is everyone using? Please share.

We use Hobson's Connect for our CRM system and as part of that system use Events & Interviews for scheduling.  Even if you don't have Hobson's, you can purchase Events & Interviews as a standalone product.  If you have questions, feel free to let me know.
