[civsa] Campus Visit Office employees, evaluations

Good afternoon, CIVSA!

At UCM, we have 6 student employees and 1 GA who run our Campus Visit
Office. Typically, I have rockstar students who work for me but I feel the
need to do an evaluation and give them feedback about their work. Does
anyone do evaluations for their student employees? If so, could you share
what you cover during these?
