Drexel University is currently seeking a new coordinator to join the visit experience team within enrollment management!  The Visit Experience Coordinator is responsible for assisting the event leads in providing efficient and effective on-campus and on-line visits and events aligned with the strategic goals of the division.

Responsibilities:

*         Assist event leads with logistics for freshman, transfer, and graduate events (assist with room reservations, prepare event materials, schedule meetings, etc.)

*         Compile data and run reports

*         Coordinate budget invoices for Visit Experience Team

*         Manage the travel tuition reduction program

*         Facilitate the group visit program

*         Staff the visit center front desk and admissions events

Qualifications:

*         Bachelor's Degree Required

*         Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
