[civsa] Tour Guide Conferences

Hi CiVSA!

I think this question has been posed before, so I apologize if it is a repeat.  What conferences do you encourage your tour guides to attend? We have been sending our Student Ambassadors to the CASE ASAP, District 3 conference.  They really enjoy this conference, however, it is a little more geared towards student alumni groups. Therefore, I am wondering if there is a conference out there that is more focused on tours/prospective student service?
