[civsa] no-show rates for programs

Hello from Indiana!  Hope everyone is having a great Wednesday!!

I wanted to ask if anyone has a sense of what their average "no show" rate is for programs that guests schedule for in advance.  Do you track what percentage of your registered folks don't show up?  If so, what is that number?
