We are in the process of working with our Campus and Residential Services staff regarding the use of our show room on campus.  I wanted to poll the group to see which schools (especially Region 4!) are using show rooms and which ones are not.

If you are not using a show room, do you show a room?  Is it an Ambassador room?

Our dilemma is that we give tours every hour on the hour 10 am to 4 pm M-F, and 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays so having a show room has been a breeze in terms of making sure that we always have a room to show on tour.
