Hi friends in CIVSA,

With the first day of March being today, it is almost time for every
universities favorite time of the year, March Madness.  This year marks
the 3rd Annual CIVSA Madness Challenge where you can see if you can
successfully pick the best bracket.

The winner again will receive a full conference registration* for this
year's conference in Denver.  To begin the process, you can register
