[civsa] Thank you emails

Hey Bryan!

We send our tour guests a post card.  The picture on the front is of a
group shot of all of our guides.  Our tour guides write these postcards to
the students who were on their tour.  Each guide adds their own flair and
shows their personality in their thank you but always gives the office's
contact information.
